The bathroom faucet keeps dripping, there are many spider webs in the corners of the room, and it’s very noisy near the elevator. However, the breakfast service is good.

Avoid if you can!

The lobby looked beautiful upon entering the building, but the awe was short-lived because as soon as we entered our room, it reeked of musty air. The bathroom still smelled like sewage, the tub had cracks on the surface, and housekeeping did not refill the toiletries. The nightstand between the beds had stuck on goo that I don't even want to know what it was. Luckily, I had disinfecting wipes with me. The upholstery on the sofa and chairs smelled like someone's back side. Luckily, again, I had a travel sized bottle of Lysol and sprayed those areas. The a/c in our room also didn't work. Apparently, if the temperature outside is between 50-70ish degrees, you can't adjust it, so you can only imagine how stuffy our room got. The buffet breakfast was also hit or miss, and is slim pickins if you come down to eat at 8:30, when breakfast is supposed to end at 9:00. I will never stay at this establishment ever again, and I felt gross during my stay. The only redeeming qualities about this hotel were the friendly workers.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. A special shout out to the omelette makers, who worked so hard and so fast!The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was an easy 15 minute drive to Disney. We will definitely be staying here again!

Property is aging and in need of an update. First room smelled of sewage. They quickly moved us but second room smelled of mildew. The parking fee was $29 a night which is pretty high.

The hotel's amenities were great. Indoor pool, complimentary drinks, and breakfast was great. My only complaint is the room was cold and adjusting the thermostat was not available. They do offer space heaters. I found a Trader Joe's 10 minutes away and had food delivered. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are in acceptable but not good condition. Gym is acceptable but no room for floor exercises or even simple things like mats or drinking water available. Room service is acceptable but small things are missed such as filling up tissue paper. Overall, nothing particularly wrong but also not a great experience.

We got this place for our Disney trip, it’s about a 15 min drive so location was great. Breakfast options were great and rooms were spacious, I just thought the room cleaning was a bit off we had to keep asking for towels or for our room To be cleaned. We were there 5 nights. One night they only gave us 2 towels and we are a party of 5. Little inconveniences but place was nice.
