Free breakfast was average and staff was quick to replenish. Room was outdated and not thoroughly clean. We requested extra sheets at 11pm on a Wednesday night and received them within 20 minutes. Although they messaged saying they are on the ART route, you actually have to request on-demand services since there is not a bus stop nearby.

A couple of hiccups, but overall a good experience. Pros: 1. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. 2. Bar onsite even though we did not utilize the area. 3. Arcade onsite, even though we did not utilize the area. 4. The Pool is open until 11 pm. 5. Large rooms. 6. Small store in the lobby. Cons: 1. We stayed in Room 312, and the bathtub ran all day and night. Not a dripping steady stream. 2. We had a balcony, but the door wouldn't open, even though you could go out on the balcony in other rooms, so I'm not sure what was going on with that door. 3. Located near the freeway, there is some noise from the freeway, but it's not excessive. 4. Although it is centrally located, there is no food in the immediate vicinity, and I did not see a restaurant at the hotel besides the breakfast station in the morning. 4. Pool area echoes, and this weekend it was unpleasantly loud. 5. Ample parking, but a warning on the weekends, there is a nightclub in the same parking lot that occupies a lot of the spaces.

We love how spacious the room was but we had an issue with 2 of the pillows in the bedroom had yellow stain on them. We left them on the floor and housekeeping did not pick up or replace them. The shower had a piece that wasn’t attached and was just left there….. other than that we loved the property, free breakfast and arcade and pool!
