The rooms were great and the walking distance to the theme parks was perfect! I tuned it at 10 minutes (0.5 miles) from the hotel door to the security checkpoint. So convenient. The only downsides were no free breakfast and the jacuzzi was not working when we went. The jacuzzi was no big deal really but would’ve been nice to have. There are also lots of food options right outside of the hotel. Overall, I’d definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

The room smells bad. It smells like a wet shirt that didn’t dry. I’m just glad the manager was nice enough to move us to another room right away. We’ve been staying at this place for so many times and I noticed that their comforters look old. The good part is that the front desk staff are awesome.

I chose this property because of its proximity to the Disneyland main gate and was not disappointed! It took me less than seven minutes to walk to security from the hotel. The hotel staff in the lobby were gracious and welcoming, and immediately offered me an early check in for a small fee. Valet parking is the same fee as self parking, which made going in and out a dream. Having my room available during the heat of a long Disney day made all the difference! I’ll definitely be back on my next Disney trip.

The staff was incredible! They were so kind and friendly, and they really went the extra mile helping us with a couple of requests. I was even given a birthday gift as it was a milestone birthday. We loved the location as well. It’s 10 minutes from inside the park to the lobby of the hotel. We will definitely stay there again!

It really is just a 5 minute walk to Disney and the hotel is clean. You get a great view of the fireworks. It is definitely a great simple place to stay. The pool is nothing to rave about. I did not even try to go in. They were having MEGA problems with key cards not working too. Would stay again for convenience and cleanliness.

I enjoyed the King bed room with the little couch and table. The bathroom was clean and it was nice to have a safe and mini-frig. They could use to upgrade the towels. Not much too them, took two to thoroughly dry off. Beds were comfortable. I like the proximately to the Disneyland Resort entrance, so nice to be so close, especially after the end of a long day in the parks.

The room was not quiet. We could hear the people in the next room like they were in our room. The first night, their children (young 2-5??) were yelling, crying, throwing things until at least 1 AM! The next night a young child (maybe about 2) cried until midnight then cried for an hour at 2AM and then at 6:30. It was loud enough to wake me up. Needless to say, I didn't sleep that night! I expect that a hotel would have better sound control in the rooms. The 3rd night a different family was there, we heard them talking when they first came in but then got quiet.
