The hotel is clean and quiet. No problems with anything. Quick and easy check in/check out. Easy walk to Disney Parks. Small cafe in the lobby was a bit slow and only open for a very short time.

We checked in and our room was filled with dog hair from the floor to the chair to the closet where we assume the dog slept. We got our room switched and then the ac/heater leaked all over our floor. Also when we booked there were no indications that the breakfast buffet would cost us extra..$22 per adult per day is crazy. We also had a family member in another room whose toilet would not drain and when they finally came to fix it, they tracked toilet water all over the floor on their way out! Will not stay here again

Requested a clean up multiple times. Broken shower was not fixed when asked. Front door has large gaps and doesn’t close correctly. Cold air and sounds are very loud from outside traffic.

The room quality was not good. The walls had stains and it looked really out dated. My biggest issue was with the bathroom. The shower dripped all night long for two nights. The toilet bowl was loose and if you touched it, then it would sway from side to side or front to back. I reported these issues to the front desk on my first night and they were not fixed or addressed in anyway. I will not be staying here again.

The bathtub was dirty and rusty …outside elevator was dirty, in the middle of the night right by the freeway was our room and we heard gunshots around one or 2:00 AM … seems like the place was a motel before a hotel with minor fixes . When using the restroom, it was such a small space that I did not like. And shower was small the shower curtains kept touching my body . I felt grossed out , that’s just me …

First of all it is walking distance from Disneyland or easy $10 uber ride ( we use uber for fast and easy way to go to and come back from Disney). Very clean, super comfortable beds, rooms are large and can easy fit 2 twin mattresses on the floor if needed. We stayed in this hotel for our last two trips to Disney and will definitely comeback. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant downstairs have good and very affordable food choices.

Room is outdated. Sink in room drained very slowly. Filled whenever used. Bathroom door had water damage and was simply painted over. Floor was dusty and feet were black after just walking to bathroom. Shower gel ran out. Tissue box replacement was simply left on counter and not placed in container.

Lots of empty space in room which made it cold Bathroom tiny with no fan - not good Ice machine on our floor broken and had to go hunting on various places for ice Why is there a charge for parking if I’m staying there?? Had to pay for 2 nights of parking which was over $50!!!
