My family was very limited with hotel options and we were pleasantly surprised with the staff friendliness and the amenities this hotel offered. Our room was nicely setup, the pool area was very well maintained, the food options were good (and priced reasonably) and, most of all, the walk to downtown Disneyland was great. This hotel is a good option for families.

They charge for parking and breakfast. Plus, we had to switch room because first room AC wasn’t getting cool, fridge and iron as not working. Staff was friendly. Second room was okay in a different building.

There was a young guy at the front desk very rude uninformed of anything couldn’t help me with nothing. We got there at 2:45 PM hoping to check in a little bit early, but we sat there until 405. Barely got to use the pro for a couple of hours it just is not worth it.

Clean but disappointed with parking fee

It was clean but just disappointed that there was a hidden parking fee. It would have been cheaper and way closer to have parked in the Disney parking lot. The side door didn’t work with the card key and the receptionist just said she would have maintenance look at it but it still didn’t work the following day.
