It was just okay.

It was OK. For the price of this day there should be bellhop service next my daughter went to ask for water and they needed my email, when the bottles of water were free. Also, I asked for one of the rooms that I had reserved to be handicap accessible they did not Give me an accessible room.

⸻ Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience The hotel assured me I would be given an accessible room, but that never happened. They moved me to another room that was also not accessible. Even worse, I was trapped inside the room when the top latch jammed, creating a serious safety hazard. This ruined my trip and caused me significant stress. I expect a full refund
