The rooms were better than expected. For a holiday weekend, the price was hard to beat considering everything my family needed was a short walk away. I will be coming back to the kings inn for sure. I was reading reviews and saw the star rating, and was anticipating id have to deal with a few things, but no, im happy with my stay, and so is the reat of my family that stayed in other rooms.

AC smelled of urine. Was told to call back next day. Maintenance came n sprayed lysol. 3rd day… no hot water. Because kids were so tired the night before we sent them to bed to bathe in the morning. I believe this is services not rendered. Expedia says they cant get back money n wont back hotel they have on their site.

Our room was very clean and very quiet! Pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the park. It’s walking distance to/from the park. Or you can get on a bus that drops off at the garden walk, which was right next door. Outside was dated, but very well kept.
