Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
We arrived 35 minutes after check-in time room was not cleaned yet so staff told us they would give us a call when it was ready. Lobby was mostly closed off and there was no place to sit and wait so we left and fully checked in later that night. There was heavy street construction happening at the time of our stay making it hard to find the entrance to their parking lot. Room was fine, we had a non-smoking room but it still smelt like someone had been smoking in that room and there was a mysterious brownish stain on a part of the sheets. At one point they change the gate code without warning, forcing us to park and enter the lobby to ask for the code in the middle of the night. Neighbors were the main issue, our door was adjacent to the room next to us, they had constant people coming in and out of the room and we could hear every word of their conversation when they were by their door. Multiple times over several nights either our neighbors or other guests would start blasting music for a few minutes before turning it down at very late hours of the night/early hours of the morning. Twice someone's car alarm went off at night, out of fear of someone trying to get in my car I would run to the window to check. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe with the guests staying there.
