Loved this condo and would definitely stay again! We are a family of four (with teens). The proximity of this condo to Disneyland is perfect. You cross Walnut Street at Magic Way and walk about 10 to 15 minutes down Magic Way to the Mickey & Friends parking lot. (You could make this walk in 10 minutes if walking briskly.) From there we took the free tram to the park. It's also the same distance to the downtown Disney entrance where you can take the monorail. If that walk is too long, someone in your party could drop you off at the corner of Magic Way & Disneyland Dr to catch the tram, or there is a drop off area at the Downtown Disney District Guest Drop Off to catch the monorail. Very easy to go back and forth for a mid-day break and back to the park again for the evening. We found the condo clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, laundry worked well, kitchen stocked with all utensils/tools you'd need. We did have the microwave fuse blow a few times one morning. Not sure what triggered it, but it was remedied quickly by the fuse box in the adjacent laundry room. There is some wear and tear on the carpets, doors, etc, but it's clean and overall still looks like a very nice place. As others have mentioned, the exterior of the condos/property is in need of a facelift, and it appears that is happening as we noticed construction workers renovating the outside of one set of condos.
