Local California resident and came for a 3 day Disney trip. I stayed here because I saw all the other horrible reviews the other locations got that are across the street from Disneyland on Yelp and saw pictures of roaches and more and honestly I’ll pay cuts for comfort. This hotel had it all, clean big rooms, very clean and even tho parking is about $45 a day you get free breakfast sooo I guess the parking is paying for that which is ok because it was a full size breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and more. Over all I would definitely be coming back to this location. Some rooms have full kitchens which is great if you have kids. Walking distance from Disneyland depends on how fast you walk group size. For me it was about a 10/15 min walk which was ok because it didn’t actually seem that far. We walked all 3 days and it was good to unwind and just talk with the crowd on what they liked or missed about Disney

Great size room for my family of 5. Walking distance was good to Disney and surrounded by food and convince stores. Loved having a full kitchen with an island to sit at. Pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Would stay there again

We booked this hotel months in advance looking forward to our family Disneyland trip. We reserved the kid room with bunk beds and my 9 yr old daughter was so excited. Upon getting to the hotel, it is clean however does not have any Disney decor whatsoever.. which is fine, considering it’s a conference center, but keep that in mind for the kids. We get to our room on the 2nd floor and right away see our view is of the parking garage and the roof, it was awful!!! I called the front desk right away to change rooms and the response was, “sorry we’re booked. Call in the morning to see if we have anyone leaving.” Well, the bunk bed went to waste because my daughter was afraid of sleeping in the room alone due to the garage outside her window. We didn’t open our curtains the whole time because people being right outside. I’m honestly just shocked they would charge $700 a night for that view, really disappointed actually.. They don’t have a restaurant onsite even though the pictures made it look like it. The breakfast is nothing to be excited about as some other reviews have said. My daughter had a black hair in her scrambled eggs. I’m just overall disappointment in our stay considering how much we spent and how good the reviews have been. If you could guarantee a top floor room facing Disney, I would possibly stay here again. Otherwise, don’t risk it. There are much better options in our opinion for a lot cheaper.

Everything was great, service and staff went above and beyond BUT for 3 nights, no housekeeping is not acceptable. Housekeeping is once every other day, so ours was scheduled for our 3 day, housekeeper arrives at 5pm when we are just getting back from Disneyland. Maybe I am wrong but all of my stays and travels, housekeeping is done BEFORE dinner time and when guests are usually out of the room. This is on management, they prioritize new arrivals and have to ensure rooms are ready by 4, understandable. BUT guests who have already paid are not as valued? Hire more housekeepers, 5pm isnt acceptable, but a checked box for "room checked, offered cleaning" fits corporate. Okay cool, many options out there, who wants to walk to Disneyland anyway? There are hundreds of hotels with all of the same features and shuttles departing every 15 minutes. Good luck on your walk home after walking all day. Breakfast was decent, lots of people, no lines at the gym though, go figure.
