Meh.

The air conditioning flooded the first room we stayed in. They tried to fix it but were unsuccessful. We then had to ask for a different room which had poor air conditioning and a TV which didn't function. Both of which were not remedied. But they did compensate us on parking fees. The situation is not ideal regardless and I think the rooms need auditing.

Overall give it a 9.5, only because I payed extra for city view and only got a view of the hotels pool which made me a little upset but besides that it was clean, enjoyable, the breakfast was great.

The property was good. The beds were nice, but will not recommend the sofa pull out bed. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Checkin and checkout was fast. Parking was hard to find, since the lot was full, as it was the weekend, but there was no heads-up about it. Overall its a 4/5. Very near to disneyland, can walk for 15 mins or take an uber.

I really wanted to like this hotel. We go to Disney a lot and we’re trying out different properties. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Just a bad can’t help you attitude. The room was nice and it’s great it has a kitchen. The bed sheets are incredibly rough. Free breakfast was a plus.

Great stay for all of us, teens, and grandma!

We loved the pool, easy room and poolside food service, and super great breakfast staff! The staff that does the morning breakfast rush is amazing! Super nice and hardworking. We loved the friendly front desk staff and bartenders when we got a drink at the bar at 5:00pm. Really nice rooms, very clean, and all around 5 stars!
