The staff was great and friendly. I did a mobile check in as we arrived late in the night. All I had to do was pick up the room keys at the front desk. Parking was great, but it did cost $40/night. What is confusing was the Wi-Fi access. I didn't actually need 'enhanced' Wi-Fi but because I entered my room number while trying to access the regular Wi-Fi, I got automatically charged $6.95/night for enhanced connection (I was told that I should have picked "guest"). Enhanced is quite deceiving; my son had to use my hotspot to get better internet access. Other than that, this hotel is great.

Great family friendly hotel!

Everything was excellent about our stay with two minor exceptions that I feel could be easily fixed! The room we stayed in had two queen beds, a bunk bed, a pull out couch and we had a crib. The room was quite spacious and easily fit the 6 of us staying there! However there were only enough hangers in the closet for one each which made things a bit tricky as we stayed for a week! The only other thing that was unfortunate was that there was a sign to be eco friendly which is amazing however it was not possible to hang our towels as there was only one hook in the bathroom. For 6 people in the room one hook was not quite enough for us to be eco friendly! Other than that, the water was hot which was great and the breakfast was full of options! There was tons of counter space in the room and the beds were comfy (bunk beds not so much). A tub would have been convenient but the shower was good too! We also had a scooter and we could leave it in the lobby and charge it over night which was so nice! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay again!

I had read many reviews that said this hotel was very quiet and then saw one review that said it was noisy. I don’t know if that one review also had my room, but there was no sleep happening during my stay for neither me nor my son. You can hear all of the traffic outside from the second floor king room facing the street. It sounded like cars were racing all night. I even used ear plugs and a sound machine and the loud noise still kept me up all night. When I went to the staff and asked to switch rooms they told me there were no rooms available. This was disappointing. Otherwise, the convenience of the property as it is walking distance to Disney, the free breakfast, the nice room and bed, etc were all great. I just wish the room wasn’t so loud.
