Clean room and amenities are great, but their customer service was stellar! We paid for an extra mini surprise experience for my birthday twins that was supposed to be there when we arrived. I was told at the lobby upon checking in that it was in the room, but turns out there was nothing there. When we brought it up at the front desk they were very apologetic and provided free breakfast for us for the two mornings we would be there! They also offered to deliver the surprise the next day if we still wanted it. Which we did. They were all great! We appreciate everyone who works there and always return at least 1-2 times a year!

The room was fine, nothing special. What really upset me was all the extra fees I was charged. We ended up paying an additional $100 a night. I didn’t feel it was a good value at the end of the day after all that we paid. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere.
