NichĂ© dans un cul-de-sac exclusif sur un demi-acre de terrain, Ă  moins de 1,5 km du centre-ville de Disney, ce domaine ultra-moderne offre une vie de luxe et de divertissement Ă  son meilleur. SituĂ© dans un emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© d'Anaheim, cette maison de plain-pied offre la commoditĂ© d'ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© de Disneyland, Downtown Disney et Anaheim Convention Center. En outre, Berry Farm Knott, populaires plages, montagnes, et des attractions / monuments sont Ă  une courte distance en voiture.

Cette maison est ultra-luxueux, Ă©lĂ©gant, Ă©lĂ©gant et spacieux avec une / salle Ă  manger / sĂ©jour cuisine ouverte. Plusieurs salles ouvrent sur une grande terrasse extĂ©rieure. Tout juste rĂ©novĂ© de haut en bas, toutes les chambres sont meublĂ©es avec de nouveaux lits et matelas, nouvelle cuisine et salles de bains, nouveau revĂȘtement de sol, mobilier flambant neuf, linge de maison, et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre sĂ©jour.

If you are planning a Disney vacation this is the place to be!!! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and FUN!!! We all loved the pool, splash pad and play area. The 5 min drive to Disney made it easy to go to the park all morning, come take a swim break and then head back to the park for the evening show.There were clear instructions on all items which was very helpful for the light and water features. Alan was responsive to all questions and all checking and check out instructions were clear.A must stay for your family vacation!!

This house is just incredible ! Traveled from Australia with our 3 boys aged 3,7,9 and it was perfect. The pool area is amazing, kids spent hours in the pool on the slide and water park. The games room, mini golf and play areas were perfect for families. The location is ideal - less then 10 min uber to Disney, much cheaper and quicker then parking at the parks, made so much easier traveling with kids. Alan was a first class host, extremely helpful. Beds were great, house was very clean and lots of space for families. 10/10 - highly recommend booking this house - we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Alan’s home! The house is exactly as it is described in the listing. The pool and spa were perfect for a break in the day or the evening in the spa after a day at Disneyland! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood as well. For those who have younger children, there would be everything you need there for fun and accommodations
from Pack & Plays, high chairs, swing set, splash pad!! Alan was very quick to respond when I messaged him as well. We definitely will be staying there again. Thanks for a great stay in your beautiful home!!

Brilliant design...hosts...I would like to have a few hand rails in water closets/bath and perhaps. Would book again. Sooo close to Disneyland...see the fireworks display from atop the volcano water slide..amazing engineering. Congratulations Alan et Betty.

Resort Style Home

The pictures do this property no justice. The home met all of our needs. EVERYTHING, you may need is available in this home. Highly recommended for families, the children will be well entertained. Modern, very clean and safe. shopping close by for groceries and no issues with food deliveries. Homeowner is responsive and courteous... It is true you can see Disneyland fireworks from the backyard! Highly recommended!!!!

Family FUN House!!

Of course we did Disneyland and Universal Studios and splurged the VIP experience but the house was amazing to come home to. Kids loved the pool slide golf and game room. Was cleanand comfy. Great hosts!!

Perfect home for kids!

We booked this home for our family trip to disney with our 4 kids. We figured it would be the perfect house for our off days. Boy was i right! This house was way more enjoyable for our kids than disneyland! It was spectacular in every way. Our kids were worn out each day and particularly enjoyed the EPIC game room! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This is our second time at the house. Everyone loves it. The location is great for Disney or Knotts. The pool is always a hit and the layout is perfect for families. The hosts are amazing and the house is well stocked (e.g., high chair, plenty of towels, pool toys). This is our go to house for this area.

The best I have ever experienced!

I’ve been using VRBOs for over 15 years all over the world and I have never been to one that had the theme and details that this house has - if you can rent this home you will not be disappointed. From the themed rooms, to the tricked out garage with games and pool table, the splash park for young children, and a pool and hot tub second to none. I just can’t say enough about this home. The attention to the details and labeling of the many features, lighting and equipment was amazing. I only wish I would’ve booked more days for this trip. I would recommend planning time to spend at the home taking advantage of its many amenities. If you’re going to Disney and plan to close the park out, you may miss out on taking advantage of the pool and spa that closes at 10 pm - so I would recommend blocking time to spend in the home, maybe add some days to your trip. I snuck back to the home and left the teen kids at the park and enjoyed watching the fireworks from the hot tub. This homes location only a few minutes from Disneyland and the quiet peaceful neighborhood was just perfect. If I could rate this home, a 12 out of 10 I would, being in property management, I really appreciated the professionalism of the management for this property. This home is flat out amazing! The ratings reflect it. You better book it before somebody else does.

Best stay we’ve ever had!

This house was absolutely incredible. We’ve stayed at many houses but this one tops them all. Alan went above and beyond with any request or questions we had leading up to & during our stay. He always responded within 5 min. And was so accommodating in every way. I was nervous about the open pool as we were staying with our little 2-year old. I wanted to bring poles to lay in the door jams of all the sliding doors (there are 3) leading in to the back yard. Alan sent me measurements before our trip so I could precut those. Once we arrived, I realized that the alarm system they have in place for all the outside doors was plenty adequate enough and the poles weren’t necessary. I was notified anytime a door opened to the back and could check to make sure it wasn’t my 2-year old sneaking out alone. I highly recommend this stay, it added so much magic to our trip. These guys have seriously thought of everything. Plenty of life jackets for all kid ages in the back, the game room is all you’d imagine, so fun. I asked if they had a double stroller since we were going to Disneyland and we have a 4-year old as well. Alan said they had a single stroller but could get a double stroller free of charge for us and he had it waiting at the house when we arrived. That saved so much room in our vehicle for travel and made our trip to the park so nice. It was the perfect stroller. The nice crib worked great for our 2-yr old who’s been out of a crib for a yr now. Everything was perfect!

Surpassed all expectations. Swee t, quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to anything one might desire. The pool was warm, the splash park, the play set, & the game room were enjoyed by kids & adults alike. We all want to come back.

Perfect Stay

The house is great. You will not regret booking. Hosts provided perfect amount of communication. Everything needed, and more, was included. I use STRs regularly and some things that stood out were having plenty of towels, including washcloths, a reasonable amount of things like toilet paper and trash bags, and no ridiculous chores to do at the end. I always pick up before I leave a rental, but despise being threatened with fees if I leave a coffee cup in the sink. We didn’t need it, but there was so much baby/toddler stuff too. I know how hard it is to travel with younger children and not having to pack things like a small stroller or crib is amazing. The hosts have definitely thought about their guests when setting up this rental. We’re already talking about when we can go back. The kids LOVED the pool/water features and game room. Us moms were happy to not hear the “b” (bored) word for a few days.

Fun place for the whole family

This place was so fun. The water park and game room was perfect for our family trip. We spent the whole weekend here and had a blast. If there’s one thing I would change it would be for a later checkout but other than that amazing place. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay! Literally a small water park in the back yard

We had a great stay in Nov. with my family. We were a large group and the house fit us all perfectly. We walked to Disneyland which was about 1.5 miles away, expect a 30-40 minute walk if you’re taking that route. The house was well stocked with all the basics: dishes, pans, utensils etc. rooms were very clean and the kids loved the themes. Literally the only downside was that we didn’t stay longer. We only had 1 day to enjoy the pool and it wasn’t enough. Next vacation we plan to book again and leave an extra day to enjoy the house !
