Beautiful property. Bell hop was right at the door helping. Easy, fast and friendly check-in. Beautiful room. Dinner was fantastic at The A. Hiking trails were gorgeous. The Norton Spa looked Amazing and if we were there longer I would’ve made a point to attend! It was a quick overnight. Property was beautiful though.

Beautiful property and nice pool and hot tub. I was disappointed we couldn’t control the heat in our room. It was way too hot for us. We called to see if it could be adjusted. They said they could and it would take 30-60 minutes for the heat to go down. It never did. We had to keep the windows open all night.

I liked the property. It is secluded in the mountains and less commercialized than mainland resorts. It looked clean and well maintained. The food was good but had a limited menu. Also no transportation, so taxi arrives from Anchorage.

Beautiful Place

An absolutely beautiful place to stay with lots of great restaurants and bars. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Be sure to hit the Glacier Gift Shop - we loved the art.

Hot tub started leaking brown water into it while I was in it and it was a little worrying. Another guest came up to me and said the jets had not been working and she tried to find a staff member but there was only a cleaning girl there and she did not know anything for the pool area. Staff people were not helpful and not very knowledgeable. Multiple staff members on several occasions in different areas of the hotel were either unhelpful at all or could not direct us to anyone that might be helpful. I have come here over the last decade and watched it deteriorate rapidly. Prices climb up and up over the years but I feel like the1981 1981
