The Inn was clean and comfortable. The only thing against it is that it a fair walk from anything (restaurants etc), and we weren’t here with a car.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Nice views of the mountains and the downtown area. The only issue was the car noise that we could hear thru our windows but that was called out before we rented the place. Would consider it again if we’re back in the area.

Our stay was okay. When booking the property we thought we got our own apartment based on the pictures so we felt a bit misled but it was ok. The common areas were shared and you stay in a room at the “inn”. It used to be an apartment so it felt like that vibe. All instructions were given virtually and there was no check in staff. I asked two questions about the remote and the light and it went unanswered. I’d be worried if there was an emergency since they never responded to my question. The place was nice in that it was walking distance to downtown and mostly clean but the fan was very dirty. We did appreciate all the breakfast items offered. However the place was close to a few homeless centers so it felt a bit unsafe at times walking in and out of the property. We did not hear the train noise luckily but the seagulls were really loud haha.

Good value for Anchorage.

Had to book a room quickly. Was normally as self check in property but manager happened to be on site that day and was super helpful even though he was obviously busy with unexpected task on a Sunday. Room and common areas were clean and comfortable. We were able to use kitchen to store some food in the fridge and microwave a dinner. There are no cooking facilities available. Breakfast was a self serve selection of cereal, yogurt and toast etc in dining room. Laundry facility was on site with affordable machines - half the price of other sites we used. Neighborhood seemed pretty safe and parking was on-site. Building was older but well maintained and interior was a bit dated but in good condition. Good value for the area.

Wonderful and affordable spot to land with my son between National Park trips. On site laundry and assistance of property manager elevated this from a budget place to stay to a 5 star recommend.

This unit is very convenient but UP hill from the train station. We decided to Uber up the hill due to having baggage. This unit is part of a multi-unit building that is in close proximity to a shelter, but we had ZERO problems and the eclectic neighborhood was walkable to many restaurants! Cute patio and great grassy area for pets! Would reccommend if you are not bougey! :-)
