Extremely noisy. Trains blowing their horns all night long, cars racing in the distance, and air force jets taking off at the military base a short distance away. You spend a grip to stay at this boutique hotel, but don’t expect to get much sleep.

Sheets and towels excellent; bed comfy. Breakfast was amazing and dinner options very good. We stayed here to be walking distance from the Alaska Train depot (easy peasy) and also walked to bike rental (Trek) to spend a great morning on the Tony Knowles Trail (saw a moose!). Staff were helpful and friendly. Little gift shop had some excellent giftie options. They had a grab and go sandwich area. We were super pleased with our choice.

Nice new modern decor.

We came in late at night, check in with smooth and quick and friendly. The rooms were clean and well appointed and modernized. We had a good quiet sleep and got on our way. I did enjoy the shampoo soap and lotions. They had a good smell to them in the shower was comfortable.

It is impossible to get hold of hotels.com customer care or email them if there is an issue with the booking. Their links take you to policy not resolution help. In my case I have been trying to get answers for a booking that was priced $105 more nightly than the hotel's current rate. I've not been given any help regarding this. We are booking thru hotel's com to get the best prices and their price match guarantee should not be so hard for someone to work with. No customer will reach out unless there is an issue and this seems irresponsible of a top company to make customer support so hard
