The hotel was dirty. My room had mold in the toilet and tub, there was a pubic hair in the tub, and there was Budweiser beer in the fridge. Also, the elevator landed roughly on the ground floor. The elevator maintenence certificate that was posted expired in January of 2025. I took a picture of it and intend to report it.

We arrived late but Shuttle from airport was prompt. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was old and tired. Floors not vaccumed large pebbles on the floor. We were there for two days with no housekeeping. Good thing we hung up our towels. No shuttle to down town only to Airport.

The room had very limited lighting. No light on the desk, the rest were very low emitting lights on the far side of the room. No towel bars in the bathroom, very strange.

Book for 4 adults and we were only given 3 towels. Had to go to desk to get more toilet paper. Charging cords wouldn’t stay in outlets. Free breakfast was simple but enough to get you by. Was nice they had a shuttle to the airport.

They really need to move the smoking area away from the front door to the property. It smells like walking through an ash tray just getting to the check in desk. The place is very convenient to the airport, but for what they charge for a room, they really need to improve the public areas.

Our sofa bed had no sheets or pillows. A/C was not strong. Breakfast was good. Man at front desk in the morning was nice. I prayed that the elevator opened every time I had to get on it.

Not clean, bed sheets looks stained. Carpet needs vacuuming. Tub looks really dirty,I wore shower shoes because of how dirty it looked. Bed sheets were very wrinkly. Plug ins didn’t work except by the bed and they were very loose. For a Wyndham property I was very disappointed. Too much money for the condition of the room.
