Front desk was an abomination, asked to speak to a manager 12 hours ago and still haven't heard back from them. Called for the airport transfer and they took the phone off the hook so we had to pay for an Uber. Every guest jad a different complaint. ADVISE NOT TO STAY THERE!

This was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are dark and the bathroom smells of mildew.
My ten year old says this hotel was fancy! We enjoyed a very comfortable and quiet night in the spacious room. Breakfast had lots of great hot and cold options. We used the guest laundry, always a nice perk. The only downside was a cold pool, but it is Alaska after all!
Avoid this hotel! We arrived at midnight due to flight delay. No one was at front desk. When someone finally arrived, we were given a room that the door lock didn't work and we were unable to get in. When we went back to the desk, no one was there again. When we called for help, the clerk showed up and told is to stop yelling (which were weren't). We were told that room wasnt available after all and the only room left was a king bed room. We had 4 adults. I asked if there was a couch. The clerk said she didn't know what the rooms looked like. I asked if a pullout was available and she said no. So we slept with 3 adults on the bed and 1 on the floor. When i complained at checkout, a different clerk asked why we didn't request a pullout cot. I told her we did, but was told they didn't have those. Also, the orange juice machine and the waffle maker were out of order and yogurt was outdated.

Reasonable property for the price. However, the condition of the facility is not a good representative of the “Wyndham” hotel name. On the other hand, the included breakfast is okay, albeit limited. Even though the desk is not always staffed, those who show up are friendly, helpful, and super understanding.
Only complaint is that there was no in-room coffee available, which is particularly important for a hotel near the Anchorage airport where departures are often before the 6 am breakfast.
Very poor check in. No rooms. Booked a King, got a double that was far too soft. Trash on floor in the bathroom. It was not awful but I would not stay here again.
Property and rooms are old, run down, and many essentials (faucets, lamps, drain) are non functioning or poorly functioning. Sitting in lobby waiting for shuttle, almost every check out had complaint about the room. Paid $400 for room and it seemed like poorly run Hotel 8.
Staff had no personality. Were rude all the way to the shuttle bus driver.

Location is close to the airport. Shuttle is convenient. However, the hotel was in the process of renovating and due to the placement of the supplies cargo-sized containers, it deduced parking availability, significantly. Also, Business Center was not available while we stayed and we were not able to print our luggage tags for the cruise. We wish it was on Expedia or the hotel website when we made th reservation. Complimentary continental breakfast was good but the pancake machine and juice machine were out of order while we stayed.
Room was clean and it was quiet. It is great for short term stay for pre or post cruise layover because of the short distance and shuttle service to the airport.
We got stranded at the airport with a shuttle that never showed up after multiple calls. The staff was slow and didn't seem to care about anything and wasn't particularly friendly. The common areas were dirty and our room was missing supplies and things were in disrepair.
