Sheets were not clean, had stains. I called and notified the front desk they said “sorry we keep the stained ones for the smoking rooms the housekeepers must’ve gotten them mixed up” then hung up. I didn’t get new sheets. The area that the fridge sat in inside the dresser that the tv sits on, disgusting. The bed frame near the head board was also disgusting. The doors were dirty. The door was not secure. My friend left to get food without a room key and was able to open the door when she came back without a room key. The doors go directly to outside, huge safety concern. I booked based on previous “good reviews” idk if they stayed at the same hotel but never again. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

Choose another hotel

Hotel not as depicted or photographed. Very old building needing renovations. As soon as we opened the door our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. My son had to kill a huge bug and the microwave did not work. Had a room for 4 booked but was only given two towels. Parking lot has a one way sign around but they had trailers blocking the back where you’re supposed to circle around the parking lot. Also there was supposed to be breakfast served but waffle maker was out and all they had was raisin brain and not very appetizing fruits. The banana were very brown.

The front desk staff was friendly. We booked two rooms. First one smelled like smoke and the door was ajar. Hard to close and make stay. We got a different room. Second room was ok but had a running toilet. 2 towels for a two queen bed room and we had three people. Many spots of paint covering things. Long mirror was hung partly over outlets so could not use the outlets. Breakfast was included but only had cereal and a danish. Waffle maker broken. Location near highway was great. Price was great compared to others but still pricey based on the room stuff. If you are there to go to a game or something where you aren’t in the room it is ok.

Not as advertised.

We did not stay at this hotel. We have requested a refund. The room was not clean. The main building is old. They are clearly trying to improve the condition however they are lacking. They have built a new building and the condition is much better however the housekeeping staff need to pay more attention to detail. The staff at the desk clearly did not care. She did not apologize for the state of the rooms and seemed inconvenienced that we asked for another room. This used to be a "rough" hotel not long ago. I'm glad to see that they are trying to clean it up.

Clean & Comfortable

The room, which was a free upgrade, was light, airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it had plenty of power outlets (for our computers). And all of the lights worked! (Which is often not the case.)
