A magnificent building of 400 m2 that is built on several levels to maximize the view of the Aegean Sea. The building embraces the land rising up from the sea front and extends over the ridge to look into the river basin. It has 2 large living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Gardens of 4000 m2 are landscaped and planted and accommodate some 300m2 of stone-paved balconies and verandas. (Up to 8 persons) Aegea Villa is fully furnished with carefully selected furniture, household items and objects of art by acknowledged artisans making it one of the most beautiful living spaces in Andros. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen that is adequate for supporting small private events.
