ROSE Vacances offers you this charming renovated studio with terrace ideally located just a stone's throw from the University Hospital and the faculties.

– In the immediate vicinity of Angers University Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine and many other schools.
– Shops, transport and restaurants within walking distance.
– 15 mins walk from the city centre.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

• Washing and putting away the dishes
• Emptying the refrigerator
• Taking out the bins to the designated locations
• Gathering used laundry in the entrance
