On the third floor: access via a steep staircase with low ceilings leading to a room with multiple uses with connected speaker: children's area, relaxation / yoga room and beds with 2 90x200 beds and 2 90x190 beds.

Outside: private enclosed courtyard of 60m² with terrace, garden furniture, plancha, private enclosed garden of 20m², garage for 1 car and 2 parking spaces on site.

Part of 4 walls, Nicole created this apartment at the end of 2023 giving the illusion of a former artist's studio with its bricks, wrought iron staircase and large volumes. Thanks to the themed decoration, you will travel through very varied atmospheres. In a secure residence, the house has independent access and is adjoining 2 apartments including that of the owner. This building is the former Hôtel Dieu, built in the 19th century, on the site of a former 13th century convent.
