the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence

O quarto é novo, o hotel está em local silencioso, bem afastado de centro de Angra e tem sauna, piscina e um café da manhã apenas razoável. O que tornou a estadia bastante desagradável foi a água da torneira e do chuveiro -proveniente certamente de uma caixa d'água exposta- estar sempre muito quente (o aquecedor sempre desligado) e o pessoal da Recepção sem demonstrar qualquer interesse em resolver o problema. Queriam fazer crer que o problema era do sol e da Cidade e não do Hotel.

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa. Atendimento totalmente diferenciado, dedicado a tirar as dúvidas, fora que eles aconselham restaurantes e passeios de barco para quem está hospedado, e isso ao meu ver, em Angra é bem importante. O Café da manhã tem uma variedade boa de alimentos e frutas. O quarto é bem espaçoso e bem bonito, a cama é confortável e grande, ar condicionado funcionando bem principalmente nessa época de calor. Só teve uma coisa que ficou a desejar ao meu ver. Em relação ao kit que comprei, dizia que as rosas ficariam na cama e pelo quarto, e no meu caso as rosas só estavam na cama. Fora que foi mencionado que seriam balões, e só tinha um balão. Não é nada que atrapalhou nossa experiência, mas como era uma surpresa especial, eu achei que poderia ser completa.

O quarto quando chegamos estava com chão sujo, banheiro com forte odor de urina, falta de um gerador, pois a cidade estava cheia e como é sabido, sempre falta ou tem quedas de luz. Decepção pura.
