If you are planning to gonto Angra da Reis dont wven tey tonstay in this hotel. I got there and apparently there werw not rooms avaiakbke for a reservation done with one month of anticipation. Me and family ere movee dtona posada, lower categoey place . The hotel does jot match what they offer in internet IT A SPAM, BiG LIE idont know how expedia make bussibes with this crooks im fightin my refund for such a bad experience

Sim, muito bom tudo excelente, o único problema foi que paguei uma fortuna pra me colocarem no térreo, com 3 andares pra cima, fiquei muito chateado, reservei justamente por causa da varanda, e tive que ficar no térreo com todo mundo passando na minha porta. Me ignoraram.

Infelizmente nossa estadia foi numa semana muito chuvosa, por isso tivemos contratempos como o quarto empoçar água por causa do quarto adjacente. O restaurante do hotel nos deixou pegando chuva enquanto jantavamos lá por não abrir o espaço do café onde era protegido do mal tempo. Fora isso, os atendentes são bem atenciosos, a limpeza não deixou a desejar e o café foi bem servido.
