The workers at the front desk were very nice and helpful, the actual hotel was very unclean. I could’ve made it better with a paper towel and water.

Front desk guy was friendly. I was highly disappointed the pool and hot tub hours were reduced to 2pm to 10pm. The pool area was padlocked shut when we arrived. Upon asking we were told it wasn't available due to a problem the night before. I only had the mornings free to swim and relax before my events and it wasn't available at those times. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere. The AC worked well. The room was fairly clean. Pipes were a lil noisy after flushing the toilet. There is only a shower. No bathtub.

Every time I travel for business to the Ann Arbor days inn. The service is great! The rooms are always clean, and it very quiet. If you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, ask Isaac and the front desk. He is always friendly and makes sure guests are well taken care of.kalways

Every time I travel for business to Ann Arbor I always stay at the days inn on carpenter Rd. It's conveniently located near the expressways, very close to shopping and all other manner of amenities, and the staff is great. When you check in be sure to talk to Isaac, at the front desk, about anything you may need or require to make your stay more comfortable. He always goes above and beyond standard expectations to accommodate guests, and I've never been disappointed.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. You walk in and it immediately smells. We were given a room without AC. The rooms are in rough rough shape and are absolutely disgusting. Poorly kept. It is the first hotel I ever checked into and didn't stay. We left and found a better hotel not far

Prior to stay I called hotel on two different occasions asking if my two rooms could be next to one another. This was necessary due to medical reasons with a family member. I was told this could occur. Upon check in, the front desk clerk stated he could not do this. Then when asked which direction the rooms were in, he stated he did not know. Aside from that guy, the other staff were kind and professional. At check in it was raining, the lobby had flooding. Not once did the clerk tell us to watch our step or be careful. I had to tell my family members such. The rooms had stains on the carpet and bedding. There was a strange odor too. The continental breakfast was good.

Wall fixtures were ripped out, blood on the lampshade and on the carpet. The sliding glass door didn’t lock or have a stick, the jacuzzi in the room leaked, there was no coffee maker in the room, there was a weird odor in the room. Carpet felt slimy almost but sticky ag the same time. Gross

The bed was fine, the bathroom was pretty clean, and the air conditioning worked. They must offer long term rates judging by the people living there and the activities going on. The parking lots and grounds were littered in trash including used condoms. Breakfast was cereal, bagels or frozen eggos. The Days Inn connects to the Quality Inn and they share facilities, including the pool which is only open from 2-10 pm. This was the absolute worst Wyndham property I've ever used.

Very rirty,had switch rooms and second room also filthy! Fridge wouldn't close, i e build up in freezer. Phone in room didnt work. Pool dirty couldnt use. Maintenance did not come to clean rooms after complaints i asked for cleaning suplies to do myself was handed only a towel.
