Very convenient hotel for touring U of Mich, room was on a smaller side, but beds were comfortable. Dining was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again

I’m in the hospitality industry and I experienced great staff interaction with great training on interacting with the guests. Your employee training is top notch! Well Done! One quick note - I was given two cookies at check-in and noticed during my 5 day stay a basket full of cookies throughout the day. I would help myself when I entered the hotel and saw the cookies in the basket. On day 4 of my stay a staff member asked me if I would like to put the cookie on my room. I was shocked & embarrassed! I truly did not realize they were for retail. Maybe just a card next to the basket or mentioned when giving the first cookie on check-in that they can be purchased for $3.00 a package? A very slight blemish on an incredible time at your hotel.

Great hotel, wonderful restaurant. Nice rooms, very quaint. Didn’t expect a boutique hotel to be overrun with children because of spring break. Room noisy from highway.

Elizabeth and another lady at check-in were very polite and welcoming, but the process lacked important details. I wasn’t given the Wi-Fi code, directions to my room, or informed that the hot tub was out of order—which was a main reason I booked. My boyfriend and I were looking forward to using it, so it was frustrating to find out it wasn’t working. I was told it might heat up the next day, which should’ve been disclosed upfront. That night, I saw underage girls in the hot tub, despite age restrictions. Staff did eventually ask them to leave, but better monitoring is needed. The Wi-Fi was spotty, disconnecting from our devices. The bathroom was modern, but the rest of the room was outdated and the carpet was worn. On a positive note, the housekeeper was kind and the bed was comfortable. Edit (3.27.2025): Carolyn, who I believe is the manager, refunded part of my stay due to the amenity issues. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to listen.

Modern yet tasteful and great indoor pool!

The pool and restaurant set this hotel apart. The bathrooms re very cool too. Beds were quite comfy!

Great Cute Place

I always enjoy my time at the Weber. The location is good, breakfast is great, the rooms are always clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Love the bidet in the bathroom and the shower heads are so relaxing.
