My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament at IMG Academy and we decided to turn the trip into a long weekend/mini family vacation. Anna Maria Aloha couldn't have been a better option for us. AMI in general was beautiful and this property was in an amazing location with easy walking access to the beach and a number of restaurants, shops, etc. The property itself was even nicer than the photos and was very comfortable for our family of four. Furniture, finishes, etc. were all very nice, as was our interactions with the host.We are hopeful to return.

Great location and beautiful home!

Our family booked our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and used VRBO for the first time. Both were great experiences, and the supporting rental company was awesome. This home has been beautifully restored after the storms that hit the area. You wouldn't even know it had any damage. The conditions on the inside and outside are amazing with everything we needed for a great vacation. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean, and living areas including the kitchen were well appointed and felt like a new home.The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Being able to take a short two minute walk to a beautiful beach was the best part of our stay. The beach was far less crowded than many others including Bean Point. We could easily walk back to the house to grab something, and enjoyed multiple sunsets! This is why you rent this house.If you are bothered by road noise when outside you might have issues when it's busy with traffic. We didn't mind as we are used to living in busy areas, and just being there made the sounds irrelevant. You can't really hear it on the inside of the home which was great.Overall, a great place and amazing island. We will 100% be back!

Location was great for our family. Close to the beach, crowds at our section of the beach were very small making our time at the beach seem very private even though it is a public beach. Space is updates and very nice.

No Customer Service

The Cottage is a cute place. We unpacked and I went to turn on the lamp in the master bedroom and the top of the lamp fell off. I tried to reattach it in the moment. It was not that easy. I texted the number indicated in the instructions to notify someone of the problem and sent a picture of the problem. I received a response that was apologetic and its a holiday we will contact you on Tuesday. I responded with a thumbs up. We never heard from any one. I fixed it myself it did take about 30 minutes and an extra set of hands. My husband and I were able to fix it our selves. So we went to bed the first night to find the King size bed had a Queen size flat sheet and 3 king pillows with king pillow cases and 1 king pillow with a standard pillow case. So the next day I went on a hunt in the house to find the king pillow case on the standard pillow on the queen bed in the other room. So I switched those. The bathroom throw rugs were dirty so I washed those to find the washer has cold water for hot setting and hot water for cold setting. The master area is dirty as well. The Kitchen rug is filthy. The toaster did not work properly but we toughed it out. We stayed there 14 days and no one ever contacted us. All I can say is the Customer Service is not horrible but absolutely non existent all together. Having the proper linens on the beds and lamps being intact are bare necessities.

Great Place to Stay for Perfect Beach Vacation

This is a fantastic place to stay if you are planning to spend your vacation at the beach. The house is such a short walk to the beach. The beach location is nice and quiet, not crowded like other areas since there isn’t any public parking nearby. The house itself is one of the best VRBO houses we have stayed at. Outstandingly clean, which is so important to us. And then the house is extremely well-stocked, great bath and beach towels, a wide assortment of beach accessories, the best stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, etc. We also appreciated the bag of toiletries given to us to get the trip started on the right foot. Fantastic house and fantastic management company.

Charming Beach House

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute little beach house. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. Provided great beach accessories such as ample chairs, cart, cooler, towels, beach toys and an umbrella. We ended up renting another one to go with the one they provided which provided enough shade for all four of us. We have been coming to the island for a long time and this one one of the first kitchens that was adequately stocked. Loved that they had plastic containers for left overs and cups for the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was really nice. The manager was easy to work with and provided great communication. Best part is that the house is just a short walk to the beach and close to a lot of places on the island. We hope to rent this place again next year.

Anna Maria Aloha is a gem!

Brought my family for our annual visit to AMI, myself, my husband, my mother, and our 3 year old daughter. Everyone had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, and even all beach gear. The decor was lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and will stay again without a doubt!

Great location, excellent responsiveness by host and so clean!

We had such a wonderful stay at this little beach house. The second and third bedrooms were a little smaller than we anticipated but we may do. This is probably the cleanest property we have ever rented and we have been visiting Ana Maria Island for about nine years. Location to the beach is amazing, easy access to Pine Avenue on bikes. It was just a wonderful stay for our family before our kids leave for college.

Absolute Perfection!

Beautifully maintained, designed, decorated, home in a great location. The owner paid close attention to the details to ensure that your stay is peaceful and private. Even though the home is located on the corner, the amenities, landscaping, privacy fence panels and flowing wisteria provide the perfect amount of privacy and noise control. I can’t say enough about the Management, Suzanne is the ultimate professional! Suzanne and her team are Customer Service and accommodations! We will only rent our vacation home through her.

Loved the home & the location being on Gulf side making a short walk to the beach as well as for riding bikes around the town of Anna Maria. The home was supplied with everything you need. All of beach supplies (beach buggy, plenty of chairs, etc.) were a big plus. Anna Maria is a beautiful vacation spot.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

I've been coming to Anna Maria my whole life, and stayed at Anna Maria Aloha for my first trip back as a father with my 18 month old daughter. The location was perfect and the rental was so well equipped for an infant - we found books and toys in one of the closets, and the beach supplies (wagon, sand toys, chairs and umbrella) were so great!

Great property!

Excellent location. One block from the beach. Very clean. Very well decorated. No clutter in the house at all. We would love to stay here again! Only complaint is the street noise, but that was not too bad. Street noise was never a problem at night.

Close to the beach, lots of beach chairs, towels, and wagon! I would suggest adding a hot tub and propane fire table for cool nights.

Aloha is beautiful!

We stayed here with my parents and son and daughter in law. The hone is beautiful and has everything you need. 3 min walk to the beach. My only complaint is the road noise. Is on the corner of the Main Street and it could get a little loud. Night time was fine did not hear a thing. Location was great. Thank you for sharing your home!

What an awesome vacation! This was our first trip to Anna Maria, but I instantly deemed it “my heaven”! The house was just perfect- clean as can be, comfortable, great location! The only negative was we actually had to leave paradise! :) We highly recommend staying here!!

Nice and clean, but restricted air conditioning was miserable

The thermostats could not be set below 74 as note warned the unit could freeze and the renter would be responsible for service fees. The days were ok, but the master bedroom was the only room with a ceiling fan so it was miserably hot for those in other bedrooms and when in other parts of the house. I live on Saint Simons Island and we have no problem with setting our air in the sixties! I feel that this was simply to save on the power bill at the expense of our comfort
