The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the water. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I found the staff to be attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provided information regarding great places to eat and things to do. There is a wonderful yacht cruise that departs directly behind the hotel. Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection is a walkable distance from the downtown attractions, including the Annapolis Naval Academy. Enjoy!

We had a great stay at Annapolis Waterfront. The lobby and room were both very clean, quiet, cute and spacious. We liked our waterfront view. The check in process was easy and we felt welcomed! They have valet parking which was nice. There is an app you can retrieve your car! You can walk into town and find a bunch of restaurants, stores and ice-cream shops!

When reviewing the room selections on Expedia there were separate pictures for each type. The room I picked had a picture of a balcony. Therefore, I expected a balcony - yes, I should have looked for it in writing but to me the pictures were false advertising. I would never have booked a room that expensive without a balcony. I was looking forward to sitting on balcony at night, drinking wine and overlooking the water. In addition, there was no outside space to do that anywhere because the restaurant was under construction. This trip was a big disappointment and not what I expected in Mother’s Day. No other rooms were available and the Marriott said this was Expedia’s fault.
