I can not begin to express how disappointed I am in Expedia. The hotel was fine but EXPEDIA is a total online noncustomer centered business. You need to try and be human and not automate everthing. AI will kill the hospitality business

The staff were so nice and helpful and the amenities were great. The restaurant and bar were great especially the breakfast and of course the cookies. The shuttle was so convenient, fast, and super polite. Great stay. I recommend and will stay again next time I'm in town.

Love this place! The hotel was clean and cozy, all of the staff were helpful and made us feel immediately welcome. The beds were comfy. Best of all, they have a really lovely little seafood restaurant on the premises, well-priced, and again with an outstanding staff-- not to mention delicious crabcakes (mine) and salmon (his). They even serve breakfast, i.e. pancakes bananas foster. It's tricky to find your way down the long hall to the elevator, and DoubleTree cookies aren't what they used to be. Other than those details, this is just a great place to stop-- and easy off of route 95. And Annapolis is an interesting place in its own right, with a submarine-related museum.

Stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
