One of the best bathrooms that I encountered in Guatemala. Nice hot shower. The only downside was that there was no place to hang clothes in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is fairly nice, I personally loved the rooftop. It was quiet. Staff is very nice. My only complaint was the shower. It needs a little deep cleaning and in need of a being repair/replaced; the water never runs consistently cold or hot. I had a solo room and it really was just the dresser, hangar, and a fan which was perfectly fine with me since I was out all day. I would most definitely stay again here in the future.

Mold in the room beware check your surroundings. Due to poor ventilation. Hot water for shower not clear how to use since with electric shower head heater. Till you understand how to use it to get hot water or else you get a at best luke warm to cold shower. Have to keep window close in room if you want privacy. So it can get stuffy Poor lighting. Very dark Wifi password in rooms not clearly marked or updated correctly in the rooms. Tried 3 different rooms. Same issue. Till i went to front desk. “ year was missing” Shower drain blocked. 2 inch water accumulation when showering. Moldy grouts. Mildew on shower curtains base

Okay property, beautiful views, and good location to walk to shopping. Very basic room, no tv, no ac, little lighting, no fridge, no microwave. I had issues with my room locking and hot water, but staff helped to correct.

Location was close to everything. Rooftop was beautiful and the workers were friendly I lost my tablet and the worker found it and held it at the front desk..place feels very safe as there are cameras every where. Book your hotel transportation and tour directly with them as it is cheaper

Amazing staff, super kind and sweet. Very accommodating and always have a smile on their faces. Most do not speak English but will happily accommodate you if you don’t speak Spanish. They are constantly cleaning and are just overall amazing! Also the hostal is beautiful and has an amazing rooftop that gives a great view of all three volcanoes and the city, when the weather allows it.

i stayed in the first dorm room on the right across from private room 102 the bunk beds in this room are very comfortable and very quiet they make very little noise however the door to this room is very creaky and very loud and makes lots of noise and does not latch properly ive stayed in this hostal multiple times three different room the staff is always very professional and helpful you would think you are at a three star hotel the price is reasonable at 11.00usd per night
