This was a great hotel with a friendly staff!! So many great food options and the train station is literally across the street so it was super convenient..The night shift staff at the hotel was a blast at the bar!! Thank you for a great time!!

We had an excellent experience at the Hampton by Hilton Antwerp. We came in by train and the station is just across the street from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and places of interest were in walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable and bright. There was a great breakfast included with lots of options. Finally, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

MET EXPECTATIONS

The hotel is very well located next to the main station with a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean and of satisfactory size. My only reservation was a lack of storage space with only 2 drawers in the room.

Property was very convenient for the railway. There is building work going on nearby. Food was limited in hotel bit lots of choice with 10 mins walk. Only thing I would of liked that the premises didn't have was a cold water dispenser to refill water bottles

Great location and good access to the city, nice staff and clean comfy large room. Only downside is the building next door is being renovated so we were woken up to the sound of someone power drilling at 0730, unbelievably noisy and ruined our stay.

It’s a hotel, you expect room service every day, however no room service due to a public holiday and no room service on a Sunday! Hotel needs a good clean and some painting. Carpet in room grubby. Towels ok but could be better. With no room service and damp towels, we were expected to go to reception for new towels. Loo roll not replaced, corridors/room not hoovered. Staff seemed to think it’s usual not to work in a hotel on a holiday! Breakfast very disappointing. Poor fruit salad, mainly chopped apple! No fresh decaf coffee, very concentrated orange juice. Overall disappointing and not Hilton quality. Had stayed here 2 years ago and it was much better. Location good for centre of Antwerp.
