I don't usually enjoy hotels, but something about this room felt very safe and comfortable. I really appreciated the arm chair in the room, + the fruits in the lobby. Great staff.

Our check-in staff was very accommodating even though we arrived early. Hotel was convenient to everything, especially the train station. We walked to the Christmas markets and other important sites. The rooms were great and the on-site bar and staff were really nice.

I had just stayed in a larger, well-known chain hotel for a conference and was wildly disappointed by that stay - so discovering the NH Collection Antwerp was a joy; everything was excellent, from the welcome to the facilities and the level of detail. It was exactly what I was missing from the bigger chain, which had previously felt very high-end - NH Collection did a much better job all around.
