Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Die Unterkunft wurde hier gebucht. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache am Anreisetag wurde mitgeteilt, dass keine Reservierung vorliegt. Einen Monat im voraus wurde der Gastgeber zu einigen Fragen kontaktiert. Dabei fiel das Dilemma noch nicht auf. Auf mehrfache Rückfrage wurde unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung vorliegt und auch keine freie Wohnung vorhanden ist. Angeblich arbeite man nicht mehr mit fewo-direkt zusammen und Buchungen darüber würden nicht funktionieren. Ich habe Buchungsbestätigungen und Erinnerungen wenige Tage vorher bekommen. Ende vom Lied: wir waren zu neunt auf dem Weg zu einem Junggesellinnenabschied und mussten dann zurückfahren, weil es keine weiteren Unterkünfte gab. Eine einfach Katastrophe und bodenlose Frechheit.
