The staff here from the front desk, bar, kitchen housekeeping all so helpful & informative. The duty manager I didn’t get his name Fijian young man but he was so kind & helpful with suggestions. The housekeepers maintained the cleanliness of our room for our 8 night stay, they made sure to restock waters/towels bed was always perfectly remade. Complimentary breakfast buffet was also so good every morning! I would stay here again if I visit Samoa again & would definitely recommend Tanoa 10/10

The two blade walls behind reception were disgustingly filter, this is mgmts failure.. cleaning schedule. No hot water on arrival! Had to wait for our hot water to be switched on to have a shower.. this is poor Staff generally freindly n helpful, we had help with bags. Rooms clean n tidy, but bathroom is dated and patched up with sealant. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelette but had to wait a while when busy. Pool area is great, seems well kept, cleanliness & ph checked in morning. Overall 3 cos simple things to be done to get a 4, attention to detail. Otherwise, ok spot for 2 days, but wouldn't stay longer.

The room was cleaned, and staff were very polite. One thing that was a bit disruptive was the floor show in the car park. Overall was awesome to stay at the hotel.

Check in was fast, no hold up nor delays. Room is nice and clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the restaurant as we left early morning.

Need to bring back the facecloths which accompanies the towels in the rooms, also need to put some of the single tables under the fan areas in the dining area for when it’s breakfast time, you have all the long tables taking up all the fans, it’s not just families that stay at the hotel

Would stay there again. Rooms kept clean daily and fresh towels provided. We had bathroom issues which was addressed promptly. Staff were polite and lovely. We enjoyed not only the daily breakfast, but we loved the bar menu. The pizza, garlic bread and fries well worth the money paid.
