Room was not handicapped accessible as requested 3 months earlier when I made the reservation. Property was undergoing remodel and area outside was unsafe with aerial work being performed with no safety barriers. Management could care less when I complained. Toilet malfunctioned and I called front desk, and clerk came with plunger that didn't work (main line seemed to be blocked) we left for dinner at 3:30pm and front desk assured me they would have maintenance there in 30 min. We returned at 9:30 pm and nobody had even come into the room to clean up bathroom floor from toilet water spillage. Demanded repair or new room and they moved us to a room next level up (I have new knees and can't do stairs. Tile in new room had huge crack with raised edge right in the entry which was a trip hazard for my 86-year-old dad traveling with me. Worst part is MGT did nothing to resolve or address the issues or apologize for that matter. Very disappointing when you are staying 7 days

It was perfect for what we needed. A clean place to rest our heads before our early flight at Appleton Airport. Didn’t spend much time here but the staff were super nice and friendly! Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is under construction. There was no continental breakfast. Our bathroom had a little bit to be desired as the tub surround was peeling and the toilet seat was broken. The front desk staff was wonderful.
