The hallway to our room smelled terrible, like puke and cleaner. I informed the front desk, they offered to move us to a different floor. We were only there two nights and needed to help with a relative’s wedding…we didn’t have time and it would have been a huge effort(just me with two kids and a lot of luggage). I thought they would do something to clean or at least do something about the smell. It was worse the next day. The staff were polite, however it did not make up for that smell. The jets in the hot tub also didn’t really work and getting into the pool area was a challenge due to a door issue ( they had a hand written sign with instructions) we had to yank very hard to get it open. Overall it seems the hotel needs some maintenance and better cleaning. They also need to show some response to reported issues with the facility.

The hotel was going through major renovation, changing from one hotel chain to another one in October. The rooms where dated. The windows were dirty, and screen were torn. When we got to are room, we had to call for towels so we could take a shower. The morning breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I should have been notified by hotels.com or Best Western that they were going through a major renovation, this would have given me the opportunity to change hotels.

Could have been better but wasn't terrible

The hotel was under construction the whole time and there was dust all over. The construction trucks were running and backing up around the hotel at 630am. The room was, itself, clean. The staff was friendly.

Location was good and close to the airport. Breakfast was basic but multiple choices. Also not far from the Airventure in Oshkosh. Overall was a fine facility to rest after long day at the show.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Construction in Lobby was inconvenient; we booked a planned longer stay to relax—pool wasn’t open, water only warm in our room. While Mgr offered another room, as two people taking a break from packing for a major personal move, we passed on the offer. All in all, taking one night’s fee off our bill would’ve gone a long way.
