Excelente estrutura, praia maravilhosa, areia branca, muita privacidade, colaboradores educados e prestativos, nota dez para Suze, Kevin, Lucélia. O bangalô é excelente com 2 banheiros, 2 quartos e sala. O check-in não foi bom, o recepcionista não foi honesto e não deu o upgrade garantido pelo site expedia, porém no outro dia a gerente de recepção Suze resolveu tudo sem deixar nenhuma insatisfação.

This hotel is located on the beach. Very calm and nice to stay with elder people. Food is reasonable not plenty. I was happy to stay there.

Nice place to stay & relax

Nice place by the beach, a bit far from the airport but well worth the stay.Safe for kids, meals are included. You can also walk to the beach and take a tour on a buggy.

Middle of nowhere , boring town..

Middle of nowhere , why in a world you come there, If you have no business to do. Far from airport , the other side Of the town, far from port. No one speaks English , they don't even Communicate in Spanish . Nothing to do in this town. Boring city,everyone try to rep you off. Absolutely NO!!!

Serviço incrível mas estrutura sofrível

Serviço incrível mas o hotel precisa urgentemente de reformas. Todos os funcionários sao muito cortes e sempre estão dispostos a ajudar. Porem, a estrutura esta sofrível, móveis antigos, deteriorado, quartos bem sofridos! Servico de diversao pra criança e muito bacana mas a estrutura do kids play também ta bem antiga. A comida, tirando as opções quentes feitas na hora e um buffet bem na media e no jantar sempre as mesma opcoes. O ponto alto e a oferta do uso do riviera park, que e novo e otimo para crianças! Uma atencao tambem a camareira Cleici muito encantadora com seus recados!

Hotel com campo de golfe

O hotel conta com uma ótima estrutura para descanso, beira mar, praia deserta, ótimo banho de mar. A piscina (quando não está tocando pagode) é uma área extremamente agradável. Quarto confortável, bom café da manhã e o campo de golfe é um dos melhores do Brasil, bem desafiador por conta do design e dos ventos característicos da região.

Hotel muito bonito e ótima localização. Praia excelente. Acomodações boas . Staff excelente. Ótimo custo benefício. Alimentação boa. Bebidas um pouco caros. Não possuem uma carta de vinhos, os vinhos ficam mal amarzenados ,com poucas variedades. Já estive duas vezes e pretendo retornar. Hotel muito bom.

Está pecando no serviço. Funcionários bem treinados e atenciosos porém a qualidade da comida e bebida da piscina não estava razoável. Recebi 2 espetinhos após quase 1h de espera e vieram crus. Tomei cerveja quente num calor de 37°. Que ofereçam menos opções e maior qualidade.

Viagem em casal. Curtimos muito nossa estadia no resort, tem uma estrutura boa, café da manhã e janta bem completos. Entretanto, tivemos apenas uma experiência negativa com a questão da limpeza, comparado há outros hotéis que já nos hospedamos. Fomos para o quarto às 14h, depois de ter curtido bastante as experiências do hotel, e para a nossa surpresa, o quarto não estava limpo ainda. Então, fomos descansar. Nisso começam a bater na porta, tocar campainha e tentar abrir a porta. Informei se podiam voltar daqui a pouco, pois tínhamos acabado de subir e íamos tomar banho. E assim foi, tomamos banho e saímos, antes das 15h. Retornamos para o quarto às 16:10 imaginando que o quarto já estaria limpo. Como iríamos sair para assistir o jogo no castelão, voltamos para o quarto e trocamos de roupa, e novamente fomos surpreendidos por um barulho na porta, informando que era da limpeza. Informei que estava colocando os sapatos e se podiam retornar em 3min. A moça respondeu que não, pois já se passava das 16h e precisava limpar o quarto. E assim foi, enquanto eu colocava os sapatos, ela foi limpando o banheiro. Achei bem deselegante a abordagem, pois nunca fui em um hotel para a limpeza do quarto ocorrer tão tarde e desta forma.
