A localização do hotel é boa. Não é tão perto dos principais pontos turísticos, mas é fácil se locomover utilizando transporte por aplicativo. Os funcionários foram bastante solícitos. A comida do restaurante é muito boa, tanto o café da manhã, quanto os pratos do cardápio. Apesar dos pontos positivos, assim que abri a porta do quarto, senti um cheiro de mofo e uma sensação de ambiente com bastante umidade. Não cheguei a ter nenhuma reação alérgica durante a estada, mas foi algo que me preocupou. Quando cheguei, o ar-condicionado estava a 20 graus. Subi uns 2 graus, e o chão começou a ficar bastante úmido/molhado. Tive que abaixar novamente a temperatura, e, mesmo assim, o piso não secou totalmente. Por conta disso, acho que a limpeza do chão poderia ser reforçada, para deixá-lo o mais limpo e seco possível. Fiquei no 6o andar, mas acho que é um problema de todo o edificio, porque há avisos nos elevadores recomendando manter o ar-condicionado ligado e as janelas sempre fechadas (eu preferiria abrir, mas segui as recomendações). Outro ponto que achei ruim foi a iluminação do quarto, extremamente fraca. No meu caso, que precisava ler e escrever à mão, foi ruim fazer essas tarefas à noite. Uma luminária de mesa já ajudaria bastante. No banheiro havia dois pontos do teto que gotejavam, não o tempo todo, mas às vezes. Apesar disso, o aquecimento na torneira da pia e no chuveiro funcionaram perfeitamente. Toalhas e roupas de cama adequados. Enfim... Uma estada de altos e baixos.
