Recepção muito ruim. Empregado que parecia uma múmia sem nenhum traquejo para tratar com pessoas. Quarto camas velhas, colchão de molas antigo e muitíssimo desgastado, e afundando. Ar condicionado antigo e sem capacidade de gelar, torneira da pia do banheiro m funcionamento precaríssimo. Café da manhã paupérrimo, sem diversificação. Ou seja, muitíssimo caro para o qualidade do serviço que deixa muito a desejar.

O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim. O banheiro precisa de uma mega limpeza, pois estava sujo. As toalhas não cheiravam bem. A torneira da pia estava quebrada. O chuveiro não funcionou o quente.
