Located on the top floor (3rd) of a secure luxury residence with elevator, this apartment of approximately 80 m² offers a pleasant living environment. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces and a parking space.
From the entrance, a corridor leads to the separate toilets, equipped with a hand basin. The first bedroom, facing south, is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a cupboard/wardrobe and gives access to the south terrace. The second bedroom, also facing south, has two 90cm beds pushed together (which can be converted into a 180cm bed), a cupboard/wardrobe and access to the south terrace. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped (including refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven, 4 hotplates, hood, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso & Tassimo coffee machine), offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious living room, facing north, includes a television, armchairs, a 140 cm sofa bed and gives access to the north terrace offering a pleasant view, particularly over the Arcachon basin. The two beautiful terraces are furnished and the south terrace is equipped with an electric awning. This bright and spacious apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. An underground parking space is also available. Animals are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost, price varying from €50 to €300 depending on the duration of the rental.
