L'appartement est bien situé mais c'est en effet un sauna. Un grand ménage de printemps est nécessaire. Enfin, il faut cohabiter avec des fourmis.

Vive les vacances

Cette location est vraiment parfaite. La localisation est excellente : littéralement sur la plage et en ville. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et on apprécie la terrasse d'où l'on voit la mer. L'appartement est bien fourni, mention spéciale aux ventilateurs fournis car sans eux on aurait eu bien trop chaud. Heureusement qu'ils étaient là et qu'on se trouve sur le bord de mer où c'est ventilé. Le seul manque de cet appartement est une place de parking.

très bel petit appartement , tres bien situé.. calme, propre et fonctionnel. deux petites remarques. -faite réparer le moteur du stores, il est beaucoup trop long a manœuvrer a la main. - prévoir de quoi étendre le linge ou les serviettes, pus grand que ce qu'il y, a déjà.

Agréable mais petits problèmes sur place

Séjour agréable à part que le fait de ne pas avoir de rideaux occultant l appartement est un véritable sauna, principalement la chambre. Impossible de la rafraîchir De plus nous avons dû cohabiter avec une colonie de fourmis. Interhome nous a fourni un produit qui a bien réduit l invasion. Logement pour jeune surtout pas pour personne handicapée car les derniers escaliers sont très raides

Bonne situation au centre ville et vue mer

Cette location au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur ne convient pas aux personnes qui se déplacent difficilement . Très difficile est la montée des bagages sans stationnement à proximité. Voyagez léger ! Pas de rideaux occultants et la chaleur étouffante dès 12 h malgré 3 ventilateurs . Beaucoup de moustiques . Le point fort est d'être face à la mer , près des restaurants et du marché couvert . La remise des clés pose problème : queue sur le trottoir , mal reparti !!

Très déçus!

Appartement encombré par les affaires personnelles du propriétaire. Les équipements (cuisine, salle d'eau, WC, rideaux) sont très anciens et non entretenus donc en mauvais état. Ustensiles de cuisine quasi inexistant. Fuite d'eau dans la chasse d'eau et au flexible de douche.Chaleur insoutenable dans l'appartement entièrement vitré et sans volets ni rideaux occultants.

Top-Lage inmitten der Innenstadt direkt am Strand und trotzdem ruhig

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Dachterrasse und ruhig. Aber leider viele Ameisen in der Wohnung, fehlender Sonnenschutz im oberen Stockwerk (Schlafbereich), einige defekte Sachen wie z.B. die Markise die umständlich per Nothandbetrieb betätigt werden muss. Etwas überteuert für den Zustand.

Gute Lage - aber entspricht nicht 3-Sterne

Top-Lage der Wohnung mit seitlichem Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig und dennoch mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Traumhafte Dachterrasse. Leider sind in der Wohnung einige Gegenstände nicht mehr funktionsfähig (Markise) und es fehlt Sonnenschutz insbesondere im Schlafzimmer, daher heizt die Wohnung stark auf am Tag. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Für 3-Sterne und den Preis wäre mehr zu erwarten gewesen.

Très belle vue!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour avec cette belle terrasse vue sur la mer. La plage est à 2min à pieds avec un accès direct depuis la résidence. L'appartement était confortable mis à part le manque de rideaux occultants dans la chambre à l'étage. L'équipe était très accueillante sur place.
