FAMILY TYPE RENT, QUIET TO PRESERVE
Splendid new villa (2011) spacious, bathed in sun (south, west orientation) all modern equipment, located in a very quiet dead end and overlooking the forest of Mouleau. It is 1 km from the Mouleau beach (5 min by cycle paths), 2 km from the Arcachon golf course, 1 km from the Arcachon tennis courts and 200 m from the shops.
It consists of a living room with dining room of 80 m2, a fully equipped American kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds (3 of 160 and 1 of 140), a bedroom with 4 bunk beds of 90, 2 bathrooms shower and a bathroom, 2 toilets and a laundry with drying machine. Each room has been carefully decorated which gives this modern villa an authentic and typical character of the Arcachon Bay. All rooms have electric shutters.
This villa is open to large bays (3 and 4 M) opening onto a 120 m2 grating terrace exposed all day to the sun where there is a swimming pool with protection.
