Good location and room, but serious security issue
"I stayed here during UTMB. While the location is excellent (very close to Chamonix) and the room itself was clean and quiet, my overall experience was ruined by theft. One of the cleaning staff stole my AirPods from the room. I was only able to recover them because I tracked them down myself.
This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security and trust at this hotel. A clean room and good location mean little if guests cannot feel that their belongings are safe. I cannot recommend this hotel until management takes real action to prevent this from happening again."
