This comfortable 3-bedroom villa for 6 guests (3 doubles) is located in the hills above Arenas, offering peace, privacy, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Velez Málaga valley. Guests can relax in the private swimming pool or enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge. Floor heating and a wood stove ensure winter warmth. A children's bed and high chair are available on request. Free WiFi and on-site parking are provided. Beaches are 9 km away, golf 13 km, and nearby towns offer restaurants and shops. The access road is 7 km, partly steep but newly cemented. Following changes effective 1st of July 2025 in vacation rental legislation in Spain, all homeowners are now required to collect detailed information from incoming guests. This includes the full names, ID numbers, addresses, gender, and country of residence for each member of your group. To ensure a smooth and timely check-in, we kindly ask that you share this information before your arrival day with either the homeowner or caretaker. You can send the details via the email addresses provided on your Ticket of Stay.

Der Außenbereich und der Blick waren fantastisch. Das Haus selbst hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Der Putz blätterte massiv von den Wänden, Sofa und Betten waren feucht. Vermutlich geschuldet der ungewöhnlich feuchten Witterung bevor wir ankamen. Es war aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Weg dorthin ist nichts für Fahranfänger oder ängstliche Autofahrer .

Wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie Schlüsselübergabe liefen unkompliziert. Den einzigen Minuspunkt würde ich für die Anfahrt geben, wofür sich aufgrund der unebenen Strecke am besten ein geländetaugliches Fahrzeug eignet.

Sauberkeit und die Hausverwaltung waren exzellent, einzig der Garten könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erfahren. Ruhige, abgelegenen Lage zum entspannen.

Wunderbarer Ort für Liebhaber von Ruhe, Raum und Privatsphäre! Obv-Tipps, wir hatten ein 4WD-Auto und das war kein Luxus. Die raue Strecke wird schnell genutzt, erfordert jedoch gute Fahrkenntnisse. Die Route über Algarobo ist am einfachsten zu fahren (yep wir haben sie alle ausprobiert). Mit dem Manager hatten wir sehr nette Kontakte. Ein sehr hilfsbereiter, netter Mann! Das Haus und die Terrassen sind komplett ausgestattet. Küche, Bad und Betttextilien sind mehr als ausreichend, und auch ein kleiner Grundbestand an Verbrauchsmaterial ist vorhanden. Von den Hauptschlafzimmern, der Küche, dem Wohnzimmer und dem Bad haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf das Tal und das Meer. Das Haus war gerade mit einer neuen Farbschicht aufgefrischt worden und sah gut gepflegt aus. Sehr empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die sich entspannen möchten und gelegentlich tagsüber unterwegs sind!
