The property itself was amazing! However, I booked the property based on the quality of the hotel based on the advertisement that shuttle service was provided to and from the airport. It was not, thus leaving me stranded and having to pay extra out of pocket for transportation to and from the airport. Staff was flippant when I asked about shuttle service, saying "Expedia advertisement is wrong".

The hotel was close to the stadium where we were heading which was convenient. You don’t even get a bottle of water in the room but you can buy one for $3! The rooms had roaches and the tub did not work. Rooms are not properly cleaned because someone left their glasses. Would not return.

Dirty, bathroom had hair everywhere, tiles broken/loose, faucet in shower is broken, toliet handle is broken, and again dirty. Very poor experience. Won’t be staying again. Only positive was, Check in was easy and smooth.
