Lovely flat

Very nice flat, well furnished and very clean. Everything we needed except for air conditioning, but ceiling fans kept temperatures down in the bedrooms at night. Property owner was extremely helpful (even sent us restaurant recommendations!). Swimming pools were the best we’ve had at any similar accommodation, and concierge staff very helpful in booking taxis, etc. highly recommended.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung liegt zwar in eine großen Wohnblock mit 160 Wohnungen, das war allerdings kein Nachteil, denn es war im Gebäude sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit Rezeption (24/7), 2 Aufzügen und Swimmingpools. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist neuwertig und die Wohnung insgesamt renoviert. Durch ihre Lage im Gebäude (10.Etage) hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen von Los Christianos. Die schöne Strandpromenade liegt ca. 5 Minuten, der schöne Strand Playa de Las Vistas ca 10Minuten entfernt. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und werden im nächsten Jahr sicherlich wiederkommen. Wohnung und Lage sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch Rodolf, unsere Ansprechperson für die Wohnung, war sehr nett.

Tolles Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip auf den Kanaren um Freunde zu besuchen. Das Apartment liegt wirklich in ausgezeichneter Lage und hat sogar Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wir haben aber das Auto kaum benutzt, da alles in direkter Nähe war. Die Wohnung ist quasi neu und alles war sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Klasse Wetter und eine 1A-Unterkunft. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur schön, das Wasser klar und die Spanier sehr freundlich. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns bei Fragen zur Seite gestanden. Jeder Zeit immer wieder gerne. Ihr seid klasse.
