Willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung auf Teneriffa. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hĂŒbschen, gepflegten GĂ€rten und alle öffentlichen Bereiche wurden erst kĂŒrzlich renoviert. Unsere Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Doppel und ein Zweibettzimmer, beide haben en-Suiten. Der Zwilling hat eine begehbare Dusche / Nassraum und das Doppel hat ein Bad. Wir haben vollstĂ€ndig mit der Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteten Ikea KĂŒche und Barker Stonehouse Möbel renoviert. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr luftig und öffnet sich auf der Terrasse mit SchiebetĂŒren. AuĂerhalb wir einen Esstisch und Grill, und viel Platz haben Sie die Sonne auf den Betten zu fangen.

Great location
There is no sea view but has an outside patio that gets afternoon sun.It has no air con, and the mobile ones supplied don't have long enough leads to be off use.The apartment is clean and tidy, but we had to buy bleach as the drains in the bathroom smelt Wi-Fi worked well.The complex is cosy and well cared for and the pool clean. You do have to pay for sun loungers, and even extra for an umbrella.Pool bar is fine but shuts at 6PM.The location is great, near the sea with loads of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Great location, however property needs updating
Apartment in need of updating. Both bathrooms, kitchen bedrooms and linen.It was not a comfortable stay for more than 3 weeks.Host wasnât interested when we raised issues with poor beds and the state of the oven etcExtremely noisy close to entrance and renovations up above. Great location - lovely pool. Nice spacious terrace and good TV.

Clean, well equipped, ground floor apartment with large terrace / garden with a great location, close to all amenities and the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and if back in Las Americas I would definitely choose again.

Stayed here August for 9 nights.
Could not fault the apartment in any way it was perfect for our family of 4 with teanage kids.
Pool was getting renovated so we used the pool next door, which was fine for us we had to walk and extra 2min! Works Were supposed to be finished mid July and the owner did email and say it wasnât going to be ready .. these things never are!
Location is fab lots of great places to eat.
Overall a great holiday and having been to Tenerife many times we will certainly be back and hopefully to this apartment.

Comprehensive kitchen and utensils. Nice lounge.Fridge nad feezer dangerous. require urgent repair.
Our stay could have been happier had the owner not lost our balance cheque of ÂŁ570. Another cheque was demanded but on paying ÂŁ10 for a copy of the original cheque it was discovered it had been cashed at the branch of Nat West he uses.. Prior to this discovery a further cheque had been demanded or "the booking would be cancelled"! (his threat.). It had been agreed my outlay of ÂŁ10 would be refunded as the fault was his. It is still outstanding after 3 E-mails. On arrival I noticed that the heavy wardrobe door in the twin bedroom seemed to be unsteady. We were careful using it but the following day it fell out on my wife's cousin. Fortunately I was nearby and caught it. It was reseated 6 days later. The fridge door is attached to the outer wooden casing by a wire as the bracket has obviously been broken off. The freezer has 2 of the 3 plastic drawers broken with sharp edges showing..We decided not to use it for safety's sake. The double bed in the main bedroom is very roomy but because of its size it is awkward to pass down one side of it due to the large wardrobe..The patio is good as it received sunshine all day unlike some others we have used. However classed as a four person apartment having only 2 sunbeds was a disappointment. I think the apartment needs some TLC and the problems I have mentioned need attention.Finally I would like to pass on my thanks to Amir who works for your rental company who manged to sort these problems out for us allowing the holiday to go ahead.. .

Wonderful
It's not in Arona (which is a small village on the hill but happens to be the shire capital). The property is at Playa De Las Americas, the most valued city in the south of Tenerife, in a complex that is first line on the ocean and in the most central spot of the area. Beautiful modern apartment on ground floor, two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a large beautiful living room. There is a large terrace with 2 sunbeds, large dining table, 6 chairs and BBQ. Apartment is furnished with good taste and equipped with everything you may need. We have happily lived there for 5 weeks, in January-February, for many years. The community swimming pool area is nice, comfortable and never too busy: weather in full winter is warm allowing you to sunbathe and to swim. Just outside the door you find supermarkets, restaurants, shops and anything you may dream.

Nice apartment close to beaches, restaurants and shopping.
Overall nice apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a big terrace. We spent two weeks during Christmas and had no major problems. The terrace does not have sun all day but since the apartment are close to the beach and the pool that where never an issue. We used the barbecue on the terrace several times, which se really enjoyed the days that we didnât eat out. There is also a supermarket 10 meters from the apartment which was really convenient.

Good Flat Pity about the Smell
The flat is superbly located near to the beaches, shops bar and restaurats. Next door to a small supermarket with other bigger cheaper supermarkets 100yds away.
The apartment is well equipped two large bedrooms, good livingroom/kitchen and a large terrace, which unfortunately only got the sun till noon at this time of year (late Nov).
The one downside, which has been mentioned in previous reviews, was the smell coming from the drains in the walk in shower room. It was a raw sewage smell which spread to the twin bedroom and if you left the bedroom door open spread to the living area/kitchen.
This could be a fantastic property but seriously need to get the walk in shower drains sorted.

bedroom smelt of sewage
The only problem we had with the property was the second bedroom. They had converted part of the bathroom into a wet room and it smelt of sewage for 14 days. The management company put chemicals down and we also put bleach down. This did not resolve the problem which had been going on for some time and no mentioned was made in the advertisement on your web site. The remainder of the apartment and the complex were excellent. I have send an email to the owner several days ago regarding my complaint and awaiting a reply.

Btilliant apartment, fantastic location
The apartment was exactly as described and was ideally located for shops, bars and restaurants. The whole complex is lovely, the pool area lovely and clean and quiet. The poolside bar breakfast was amazing value. Overall the apartment was very accommodating and we had an amazing time, definitely recommend this for a family or a group of people and we would all consider revisiting xx

Everything you require to make your stay comfortable, please note though there is a charge to hire out a sun bed around the pool of Euro 2.50 per day, as a resident thought this was slightly unreasonable!!

Well maintained homely stay with Sun on your own patio all day long
A well maintained and well equipped property located ideally near the sea front, close enough to all restaurants and bars and far enough away from any noise. Very quiet and peaceful location. Supermarket on your door step. Hairdryer, iron, everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owner was very responsive to messages ensuring that everything was in place for us. Whilst no air conditioning, the powerful ceiling fans and good ventilation make it very comfortable.

This is a well equipped apt in a excellent position with a very comfortable bed which is always a bonus
It has 2 b/rooms both en suite but unfortunately the shower room /walk in shower was very poor. The tiles felt grimy underfoot but worse than that there was an horrendous smell, like raw sewage. My wife likes a walk in shower and tried to use it a couple of days but eventually she could not stand the smell, Luckily there was only the two of us and we were able to use the other bedroom and shower, however whilst it is this state it is not fit for purpose and is a health hazard. This apartment is therefore not suitable for more than 2 people as this walk in shower room and bedroom are unusable. I understand that the owner is aware of the problem and that the whole floor needs to be dug up to find the route of the problem.

excellent central location
airport journey only takes 20 mins.
on arrival we found milk and water in the fridge clean bedding and towels.
Great apartments size 2 good size bedrooms both ensuite.
The apartment is well equipped with more than enough cutlery and glasses for 6 people.
large tv in living room .
Very good wifi connection.
Plenty of storage in bedrooms with very comfy beds.
Patio area is very big with plenty of patio furniture for 6.
There is a well stocked supermarket a stones throw from the apartment.
A great comunial swimming pool with bar.
The area around the apartment is safe and the beach is only 100m away .
Plenty of bars and excellent restaurants even a McDonald's for the kids.
I have to say I was not disappointed with this apartment in anyway .

Beautiful Apartment
We stayed here for a week in March - the apartment is fantastic, really well furnished and equipped and has a huge terrace which is sunny til mid afternoon. The two bedrooms, both en suite are spacious with loads of storage space. The complex is lovely and safe with a great pool. There's a small charge for beds but worth it. Would highly recommend this as it's brilliant value for money.
