Christmas Break

Lovely house on the outskirts of St Jean. Bigger than it looks in the photos with 4 good size bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable 3-sofa living room. Bathroom needs updating but this is already planned for 2020. WIFI works great and garden is totally enclosed so we could let our dog out without any worries. Mr Lanchas, the next door neighbour, was brilliant and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend this house.

Nous avons réussi à trouver cette hébergement à la dernière minute, le propriétaire était très sympa et nous à permis de rapidement accéder au logement sans perdre de temps sur nos vacances. De plus l'hébergement était très bien situé.

Maison très bien située, permettant un accès facile soit a la montagne soit a la mer, bonne base de départ. L'acces a été facilitée par un charmant voisin. Nous avons passé un bon séjour Une petite réserve quand à la literie qui meriterait d'être renouvellée

Correct dans l ensemble bon accueil de la part du voisin juste des endroits un peut sale ( niv support plancha dehors obliger d enlever les toiles d araignées avant de fair cuir ), et peut etre investir dans une grande plancha parceque pour 8 personnes

Emplacement idéal pour explorer la région

Les + : La maison est très bien située au centre des visites. Grandes pièces de plain-pied et équipement ménager complet. Grande s.d.bains moderne avec double-vasque et WC (+1 WC indépendant ) : de quoi gagner du temps avant les visites ! Maison fraîche sous les grosses chaleurs. Grand jardin pour les enfants. Petits bémols : Route passante à l'arrière du jardin et donc bruits dérangeants dans la journée (mais pas ressentis la nuit fenêtres fermées ). Literie en 140 et confort moyen. Dans l'ensemble, très bonne impression et satisfait du séjour. A refaire !..

Rapport qualité prix convenable

Nous étions 5 adultes et deux enfants, les chambres convenaient parfaitement . Tout était adapté, nous n'y vivions pas en journée, car le pays basque est tellement beau ! Que nous partions et nous nous retrouvions le soir à table et tous les ustensiles utiles à la réalisation du repas correspondaient à notre attente .

La maison est très fonctionnelle pour des vacances on peut noter 2 points noirs 2 lits ne sont pas confortables L exposition de la maison une route très fréquentée à proximité non signalée sur l annonce, impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, à cette saison ce n est pas un problème en été ça doit être un enfer Prix trop elevé par rapport à l emplacement.

Beau logement idéalement situé

Logement très pratique et idéalement situé à 5 min de Saint-Jean-De-Luz. Proche de toutes commodités. Beau jardin à l’arrière et très belle terrasse donnant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Rhune. Seul bémol : la cuisine. Le revêtement du plan de travail a été peint et colle, ce qui laisse une impression très désagréable lorsque l’on cuisine. Pour le reste, impeccable.

Schönes großes Haus in guter strategischer Lage

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, groß und komfortabel. Es liegt aber an der Hauptstraße, man hört die die Autos und die Nachbarn sind keine Urlauber. Gegenüber ist leider eine hohe Mauer die die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Felder und den Fluss versperrt.

Sejour au top

Nous avons loué cette grande maison pour y séjourner une semaine, nous étions deux famille avec respectivement 1 et 2 enfants, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes et bien plus. Vue imprenable sur la montagne de Rhune, à 15 minutes de l'Espagne et parfaitement équipée ( salle de bains au top, terrasse, jardins.... )Je précise qu'une personne était en fauteuil roulant et que la maison répond au norme PMR.

Séjour très satisfaisant La maison est bien situé et bien aménagée Petite observation Être plus précis sur les deux couchages qui sont pour un usage enfants où ados ce qui n'était pas clairement expliqué. Donc petit soucis pour un groupe de personnes de plus de 70 ans

Très bon séjour à Ascain. Belle découverte de la région à moto sur les conseils du propriétaire : Merci ! Nous reviendrons au pays basque, mais hors saison. Je recommande cette location confortable et bien agencée.

Idéalement placée pour rayonner dans le Pays Basque

Belle maison basque, entre Saint jean de Luz et Ascain

Maison dans un lotissement avec vue sur la Rhune. Située dans une impasse, elle est au calme, malgré une route à proximité. Une belle terrasse ensoleillée et une propriété close et arborée permettent de profiter du soleil local. L’intérieur est décoré avec goût dans le style basque.
