A first floor apartment sleeping up to 6 guests, with lovely original features including beautiful exposed beams and stonework. Up the first set of stairs you will find an open plan lounge and dining area, separate kitchen, two of the bedrooms and bathrooms, then up the second set of stairs this will take you to the third bedroom and en suite bathroom. Located within easy walking distance of the beautiful Carsington Water and just a 10 minute drive to the towns of Ashbourne and Wirksworth. A number of tourist attractions are all within a 30 minute drive including Chatsworth House, Gulliver's Kingdom and Alton Towers. All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

Sabinhay apartment has the option of being interconnected with Bruns cottage, also sleeping 6 guests (through an internal interconnecting door) so if required can be unlocked, so makes it ideal for families or friends to book together, but giving you the option of having your own space, but can get together as and when you wish to.

The separate kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering requirements and includes a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.

All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space.

One hairdryer is provided.

Bedroom 1 - located on the first floor and has an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 2 - located on the first floor with the family bathroom being just opposite and has a bath, with shower over, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 3 - located on the second floor has an en suite bathroom with bath (no shower), WC and wash basin.

A high chair (without straps) is available upon request.

The rates include WIFI, heating, bed linen and two fresh towels per person per stay
