We had a nice experience at your hotel. the breakfast was very good. The lady in the breakfast area was very accommodating. She kept the place clean and the food kept on coming. The moment someone left the table she would come and pick up if anything was left and clean the table. I like ice coffee in the morning so I asked her if there was any ice. She said ice was only on the ice machines found in the hotel floors but that she would get it for me. Within minutes she came in with a bucket of ice. We stayed there 4 days and she had the same positive and friendly behavior every day. KUDOS TO Her!!!!!! I failed to get her name.
