This studio apartment was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to downtown Brevard with restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Beds were comfortable. The host was responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

This property has it all! Lovely, safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the college including a beautifully maintained outdoor space and garden. Homelike and cozy furnishings with a well equipped kitchen. We were even greeted with snacks upon arrival. Comfy beds as well as other seating options for relaxing. Eclectic selection of reading material along with lots of information about the local area. The owner contacted us with arrival information in a timely manner and left additional helpful information inside the unit. It was the perfect place to return to after a busy day of hiking.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the shops and most of the restaurants. We walked to town everyday and even walked to church on Sunday. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay. My kids (15 and 9) loved the easy walk to downtown and nearby park and pool. We even saw several white squirrels at the park. It was a wonderful trip. Brevard is a beautiful little town.

We had a wonderful stay at Studio 84! Convenient to Downtown Brevard (downtown shops are within walking distance), Brevard Music Center, and beautiful waterfalls. The studio apartment is comfortable with many amenities offered, like k-cups for morning coffee and even a wide variety of books to read at your leisure. There is a small outdoor space with a table and 4 chairs that we enjoyed each evening and morning of our stay. Cool mountain mornings are a treat in the middle of summer! The owner of the property keeps a beautiful garden. We hope to stay here again!

Lovely studio apartment on ground level

The accommodation is close to town; within walking distance of local shops, cafes and surrounding the home and neighborhood is beautifully landscaped. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, fridge; no stove and tv, cell reception is good. Bath supplies are generous and beds very comfortable.
